What We Do Around Your Home

We are a family-owned company, business licensed and fully insured, and we do the outdoor work most yards need. That means weekly lawn care, new sod, fresh mulch and bed edging, sprinkler repair, paver patios and walkways, and tree, palm, stump and bamboo work. Each job starts the same way: we tell you what goes in, how it behaves and what it asks of you after we leave.

  • Two landscapers working on a curved mulched bed with brick edging beside a stucco home, with a wheelbarrow of mulch, potted plants, palms and neighboring houses behind.

    Lawn Care

Regular mowing, edging, feeding and weed control set to the grass you actually have, from St. Augustine to zoysia or bahia.

  • Landscaper and homeowner reviewing a colored yard plan on a clipboard beside a stucco house with a screened lanai, orange paint marking curved bed lines on the lawn

    Landscape Design

A drawn plan for your yard that shows where beds, plants, paths and lighting go, and which mulch, stone and plants make sense for the upkeep you want.

  • Mulch and Beds

Weeding, clean edges and fresh mulch at the right depth, plus straight answers on pine straw, bark, hardwood and rock.

  • Irrigation

Sprinkler repair, new zones, drip lines and controller setup, with a plain look at which heads, pipe and timers fit your yard.

  • Seasonal Cleanup

Leaf removal, frost cutback, weeding, edging and fresh mulch or pine straw to reset your yard after the oak drop, a cold snap or the rainy season.

  • Sod Installation

New sod laid on a cleared, graded base, with straight advice on which grass fits your sun, shade and watering habits.

  • Hardscape Installation

Patios, walkways, driveway edging and low walls built on a compacted base, with a straight talk about pavers, travertine and concrete before you commit.

  • Tree Trimming and Removal

Trimming for clearance, health and wind, plus careful removal of dead or failing trees, with each cut planned around the species and its wood.

  • Palm Tree Pruning and Removal

We trim dead fronds and seed stalks without over-cutting, and we take down palms that are diseased, dying or too close to your home.

  • Stump Grinding

We grind stumps below grade, chase the big surface roots and fill the hole with the material that suits what you plan to put there next.

  • Bamboo Removal

We cut bamboo down, dig out the rhizome mat and can install a root barrier so it stops coming back into your lawn and beds.

  • Property Cleanup

We clear overgrown yards, strip out worn-out bed materials and haul every load away, so you start over with clean ground.

Why Neighbors Hire Us

Most yard problems trace back to the wrong material in the wrong spot. We spend the time up front so you pick once and pick right.

  1. 01

    We show you the options

St. Augustine or Zoysia. Pine bark, cypress or pine straw. Concrete pavers or travertine. We lay out the trade-offs in plain words, including the cheaper choice when it does the job.

  2. 02

    Line-item estimates

Your estimate lists products, labor and removal on separate lines. You can see where the money goes and drop or swap anything before we start.

  3. 03

Prep is part of the price

Sod dies when the ground under it was never graded. Pavers sink when the base was skimped. We count soil work and base rock in the quote instead of skipping it to look cheaper.

  4. 04

    Your yard stays usable

We protect driveways and walkways, keep equipment off finished areas and haul away what we remove. When we leave, the job site is swept and blown clean.

  5. 05

    Honest repair-or-replace calls

If a sprinkler zone just needs a new head or a lawn just needs better watering, we say so. We would rather fix the real problem than sell you a whole new yard.

What Moves the Price

Two yards the same size can price very differently. What you pick matters, but so does what is under the surface and how easy it is to reach. Here is what we look at during the walkthrough.

We walk your property, measure and give you a written estimate at no cost. For a bigger project, you can borrow as much as $100,000, choose a term anywhere from 2 to 12 years and pay it off early without a penalty.

Material choice
Zoysia sod costs more than Bahia. Travertine costs more than concrete pavers. Rubber mulch lasts longer than pine bark but costs more up front. We price more than one option so you can compare.
Square footage and access
Bigger areas take more product and more hours. A backyard with a narrow side gate means hand-carrying sod or rock, which adds labor.
Soil and grade condition
Sandy soil drains fast and may need amending before new plants or sod. Low spots that hold water after a summer storm need regrading first.
Removal of what is there
Old turf, tired mulch, overgrown shrubs, stumps and bamboo all have to come out and be hauled off. Thick bamboo roots take the most time.
Irrigation changes
New beds or new sod often mean moving heads or adding a zone. Fixing coverage now costs less than replacing dead grass later.
HOA approval and timing
Many communities want plans approved before hardscape or major planting. We can help you put together what the board asks for, and that prep time is part of the schedule.

A Crew That Explains Before It Digs

We started doing yard work because we liked seeing a tired lot turn into a place people want to sit outside. Over time we learned that the work itself is only half of it. The other half is picking materials that fit how you live and how much upkeep you want.

So that is how we run every job. We explain why pine straw suits a bed under oaks, why Zoysia handles foot traffic better than St. Augustine, and why a paver patio needs a compacted base before a single stone goes down. You make the call. We do the work and clean up after.

Questions We Hear a Lot

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come out, walk the property, measure and give you a written estimate at no charge. There is no obligation to hire us.

Which grass is best for my yard?

It depends on sun, foot traffic and how much you want to water. St. Augustine handles partial shade well but needs steady water, and you have to watch for chinch bugs. Zoysia is denser and takes traffic better. Bahia is tough and drought tolerant but looks coarser. We check your yard and tell you which fits.

What kind of mulch should I use?

Pine bark looks good and breaks down slowly into the soil. Pine straw is light, cheap and great on slopes or under trees. Cypress holds color but floats in heavy rain. Rubber mulch lasts years but does nothing for the soil. We will show you each one and help you choose.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. You can finance a project up to $100,000 and pick a repayment term between two and twelve years. Paying it off ahead of schedule costs nothing extra. It helps when a bigger project like a patio or full yard redo makes sense to do all at once.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Not usually. We need you there for the walkthrough and the final look. On work days, as long as we can reach the yard and know where the sprinkler controller is, you can go about your day.

Can you fix my sprinklers when you put in new sod or beds?

Yes. New sod and new beds almost always change what needs water. We adjust heads, fix leaks and add zones as part of the job so the new grass and plants get what they need.

My HOA needs to approve changes. Can you help?

Yes. We can put together a simple plan with products, colors and plant names so you have what the board usually asks for. We wait for approval before starting work.

How a Job Runs

Most jobs follow the same steps, from a small bed refresh to a full backyard.

  1. 1

    You call us

Tell us what is bugging you about the yard. We set a time to come out and look.

  2. 2

    We walk the property

We check sun, drainage, soil, sprinkler coverage and access. We talk through grass, mulch and stone options right there, with samples when it helps.

  3. 3

    You get a written estimate

Every line is spelled out. Take your time, ask questions and change what you want.

  4. 4

    Work day

We mark sprinkler heads and utilities, protect hard surfaces and do the prep first. Then the sod, plants or pavers go in.

  5. 5

    Final walkthrough

We walk the finished job with you, explain watering and upkeep for what we installed and haul off the debris.
