Terms and Conditions
About These Terms
These terms cover your use of the Landscaping Winter Garden website. We are a landscaping company working in Winter Garden, FL and the surrounding area. By using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What This Site Is For
This is an informational site. It explains the work we do, such as lawn care, landscape design, irrigation, sod installation and hardscape installation, and talks through the materials we use and how they hold up.
Nothing on these pages is an offer, a contract or a price. The site is here to help you understand your options before you talk to us.
Estimates and Work Are Agreed by Phone and On Site
The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. When you call, we can set up a free estimate or an on-site walk of your property. Every yard is different, so the scope, materials and cost of a job are only settled after we have seen it and talked it through with you.
Any job terms are agreed directly between you and us. They are not created by anything you read here.
General Information Only
What we write about plants, mulch, pavers, sod and irrigation parts is general. Soil, shade, drainage and the condition of your home's yard all change how a material performs. Use the site as a starting point, not as advice for your specific property. We try to keep the content accurate and current, but we can't promise every detail is complete or up to date.
Using the Site Fairly
You're welcome to read, share and print pages for your own personal use. Please don't copy our text or photos for commercial use, and don't try to disrupt the site, probe its security or use it for anything unlawful.
Limits on Our Responsibility
The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying only on what is written here, from the site being unavailable for a while, or from problems with your own device or connection.
Florida Law and Changes to These Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
Questions
